One of Bangladesh’s leading dyestuffs and chemical manufacturers and technology providers, Dysin Group’s Managing Director, Md. Amanur Rahman stressed that Bangladesh’s textile sector is witnessing a digital printing revolution.

At the recently held 19th edition of the DTG Expo Dysin showcased its digital printing technologies, as well as, garment dyeing chemicals, laboratory testing equipment, etc. Decoding the visitors' response, the Group’s Managing Director, Md. Amanur Rahman highlighted that digital printing technologies attracted the most attention in the local textile sector.

Md. Amanur Rahman said, “At DTG Expo we got a huge response on textile digital printing technologies. I can confidently say that Bangladesh’s textile sector is witnessing a digital printing revolution. Especially in the local textile industry, the transformation from conventional printing to digital printing technologies is very high. Already we have installed more than 200 Hi Performance digital printing machines from Atexco – one of the leading manufacturers of digital textile printing equipment from Zhejiang China – in the industry.”

"Dysin's digital textile printing technologies allow our customers the ability to print on a diverse range of fabrics, from natural fibers like cotton, rayon, and viscose to synthetics such as polyester and nylon. We understand that businesses have varying needs, which is why we offer printers with small, medium, and high production capacities, tailored to fit any budget."

Based on customers' interests, Dysin is also expecting significant growth in single-pass digital printing machines. Amanur Rahman shared, “This year, the Single pass digital printing machine – which replaces flatbed digital printing machine – will witness a big growth. So, in the DTG fair, we showcased the single-pass digital printing machine models and other specifications. Along with latest digital printing developments.”

Regarding the expo, Amanur Rahman – who is also Convener, Bangladesh Chemical & Dyestuff Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BCDMEA) – said, “We have been participating in the Dhaka International Textile and Garment Machinery Exhibition (DTG) since 2003. The export-oriented textile and apparel industry has been on the downside lately. This was also reflected on the expo. Having said that, we are expecting a good return of growth along with momentum for the backward linkage processing sector. So, 2025 will be a good year for our industry.”
